Passion and purpose

“Passion will always move you in the direction of your authentic self.”

-Danielle LaPorte

Following your passions doesn’t have to be hard. It also doesn’t need a grand plan, nor does it need to become a lucrative career or an ongoing life path.

Pay attention to what interests and energizes you, and make day-to-day and month-to-month choices which align with what you enjoy doing. How you spend your moments is how you spend your life — so take small steps today towards what lights you up.

Dream Big, Start Small:

  1. What are 3-5 passions or interests that truly light me up?
List them out, even if they seem unrelated or impractical.
  2. Choose ONE passion from that list that feels most resonant right now. What are three small, achievable steps I can take THIS WEEK to engage with that passion?
Examples: research a class, dedicate 30 minutes to a creative project, join an online group.
  3. What resources do I need to support these steps?
Time, money, tools, information – be specific.
  4. How can I create a schedule or routine to make time for this passion regularly?
Be realistic and start with a manageable commitment.
  5. What obstacles might I face? How can I overcome them proactively?
    Brainstorm solutions or backup plans.

Let your passions bring you joy and purpose!
