Nicole Moore is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who works with families, couples, and adults. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and specializes in the treatment of trauma (including dissociative disorders and complex developmental trauma), borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression in adults and children. Using attachment theory, mindfulness, traditional and alternative modalities (including EMDR and somatic experiencing) to personalize every treatment plan, she strives to make a genuine connection with each individual to help inform her approach.

Dr. Ali Arena
Dr Ali Arena is passionate about social cognition, language processing, executive functioning, creating meaningful friendships & relationships for my clients. She has dedicated her education and career to finding the best communication patterns and behavior changes required to navigate the ever-changing social world. Ali’s background is unique as she is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds an Autism, Trauma-Informed Care, Level 1A Social Thinking Practitioner, UCLA Peers, and Neurodiverse Couples Counseling certifications. Lastly, Ali’s Doctorate focus was unique, to say the least as it addressed the dating intricacies of those on the Autism Spectrum which lead her to develop unique coaching practices for individuals with social learning differences (including Asperger’s syndrome, high functioning autism, ADD/ADHD, and those without a formal diagnosis but who struggle in the social world). She believes that anyone who had trauma in their life can benefit from direct communication intervention to learn ways to communicate their true needs and desire, to effectively communicate boundaries, and learn the different ways your communication style can work for you or against you.
Devin Gesser
Devin Geser, L.Ac. Dipl.OM, MSOM, is a Board Certified and Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbal Pharmacologist & Primary Care Medical Provider. Devin was educated at University of California, Los Angeles and at American Jewish University in Bel Air, California. She completed her dual degree in acupuncture and herbal pharmacology with a concentration on holistic nutrition at Dong Guk University of Traditional Oriental Medicine, a premier world leader in modern Complimentary and Functional Medicine, located in Los Angeles, CA and Seoul, South Korea. She has trained in many schools of yoga including Anusara, Bikram, Kundalini, Iyengar and specializes in eastern acupuncture in conjunction with yoga and meditation.
Jamie Mok, MS, RD, RYT
Jamie Mok, MS, has her Masters degree in nutrition and exercise physiology, is certified to teach yoga and is a registered dietician. Her challenging but relaxing yoga style will ground you, while her nutritional guidance will invigorate you. In addition to teaching yoga at The Center Method, Jamie is our resident Registered Dietician and is available for scheduled consultations. Jamie also works as a clinical dietician treating wide-ranging issues from gastrointestinal diseases, cancer and complications from surgery. In her spare time, she's sure to be whipping up something yummy in the kitchen.
Kathleen Flaherty
Kathleen Flaherty is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who utilizes a client-centered relational approach to meet each individual’s present needs. She views therapy as a collaborative forum for self-exploration and personal discovery to alleviate uneasiness, develop self-compassion, and examine values and patterns that may serve or block one from living a life of fulfillment. Your story is your own; Kathleen will listen with compassion and curiosity to assist you in bringing awareness to areas for constructive growth. Utilizing attachment, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness techniques, Kathleen will align and support you along your unique journey. Kathleen studied Psychology as an undergraduate at UC Berkeley and continued her education at Pepperdine University earning a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Working in both the Bay Area and Los Angeles, Kathleen has a decade of experience working with neurodiverse children and families in the clinical, home, and school settings. Kathleen’s warm demeanor and open mind helps her connect with young clients to aid them in developing emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and self-regulation skills. Through her training at the renowned Southern California Counseling Center, she has developed an adept awareness to how our relationships, culture, and community affiliations influence mental health and well-being. She is formally trained as a yoga instructor and in utilizing somatic intervention techniques including Community Resiliency Model (CRM) and Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM). Kathleen believes healing takes place holistically on a somatic, emotional, social, and spiritual level, and is committed to help you explore each dimension as it relates to you. Laurie Kaman
Laurie Kaman is a Psychotherapist specializing in early childhood, complex and medical trauma, PTSD and addictions. She offers EMDR and resource management and a post-modern treatment approach that frequently includes narrative therapy. CBT, family systems, attachment, Gottman and Psychodynamic are also utilized when appropriate, as is solution-oriented therapy for clients looking for a more solution-targeted approach. Laurie also works with individuals and couples who are coping with fertility and adoption issues. Her first-hand experience with the adoption process and her relationships with adoption attorneys help provide her clients with important insight relevant to their individual processes and ultimate success. Convinced that no one approach works for everyone, Laurie’s treatment plans are tailored for each individual client. After understanding each client's individual needs, based upon the feedback that she receives about their goals, challenges and histories, she develops a unique, customized treatment plan for each. Laure is passionate about helping clients understand how their unhealthy behaviors and unprocessed grief and trauma can cause anxiety and depression and undermine their happiness and the opportunity to have healthy relationships in the present. It is important to Laurie that the mental healthcare services she provides work in tandem with any medications or complimentary treatment programs being prescribed and utilized by her patients. As such, she will often consult with or sit in on psychiatric exams with her patients. This is all done to assure her clients the best wrap-around/integrated care possible. Laurie is a graduate of Antioch University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her internship training at the renown Southern California Counseling Center, and now volunteers as an advisor for Teen Line, a non-profit teen help and suicide hotline based out of Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Previous to her career in mental healthcare, Laurie was a senior level executive in the entertainment industry for two decades. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing Officer heading Global Partnerships for a tech company.
