Nicole Moore is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who works with families, couples, adults, and children. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and specializes in the treatment of trauma (including dissociative disorders and complex developmental trauma), depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and neurodiverse couples. She uses traditional and alternative modalities such as, attachment theory-based psychotherapy, family systems therapy, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), SSP (safe and sound protocol), social and emotional learning (SEL), and mindfulness. She strives to make a genuine connection with each individual to help inform her approach.
Frankie Blue Sposato is a therapist (MSW) who works with teens, families, couples, and adults. With a unique blend of music and art therapy, mindfulness, and a rich background as a music composer, producer, business owner, educator, and nonprofit founder, he creates an easy-going environment that resonates with people of all cultures and ages. Grounded in the principles of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy, his practice is driven by inspiration, joy, and authenticity. Frankie believes that you are the expert on your life’s journey, and his role is to partner with you in charting a path to healing within a safe, comfortable space.
