Nicole Moore is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who works with families, couples, adults, and children. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and specializes in the treatment of trauma (including dissociative disorders and complex developmental trauma), depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and neurodiverse couples. She uses traditional and alternative modalities such as, attachment theory-based psychotherapy, family systems therapy, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), SSP (safe and sound protocol), social and emotional learning (SEL), and mindfulness. She strives to make a genuine connection with each individual to help inform her approach.
Kathryn Moses has a passion for facilitating healing and personal development for her clients. She combines life experience, empathy, and compassion to create a calm, caring space for each individual. She has a twenty-year career history as a certified Pilates instructor and knows the importance of the mind-body connection throughout the healing process. Additionally, Kathy has an in-depth understanding of childhood trauma and how it can manifest in adult life. She is trained in EMDR and offers love addiction support groups, both in-person, and online.

Grounded in the principles of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy, his practice is driven by inspiration, joy, and authenticity. Frankie believes that you are the expert on your life’s journey, and his role is to partner with you in charting a path to healing within a safe, comfortable space.
