LIFE ON THE SPECTRUM GROUP (Men's Group)
Because social skills are connected to everything in life!
This online support group is designed for men who struggle socially or is a person with Aspergers or ASD.
Each session will focus on social and emotional learning in an interactive, relaxed setting.
This group meets weekly on Zoom, Tuesdays from 5:30-6:20 PST and is co-facilitated by Center Method Founder, Nicole Moore, LMFT, and Dr. Ali Arena, SLP, BCBA.

COMING SOON! LOVE ADDICTION SUPPORT GROUP
Our Love Addiction Support Group provides a safe and understanding space for individuals seeking to heal from love addiction and build healthier relationship patterns.
In this group, you will:
- Gain insight: Understand the underlying causes and triggers of love addiction.
- Develop coping skills: Learn tools to manage cravings, set healthy boundaries, and improve self-esteem.
- Build healthy relationships: Explore what healthy love looks like and develop skills to cultivate fulfilling connections.
- Find community: Connect with others who understand your struggles and support your journey toward recovery.
This group utilizes a combination of psychoeducation, group discussion, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to empower you to break free from the cycle of love addiction and embrace a life of self-love and healthy relationships.
Join us if you:
- Struggle with codependency or obsessive thoughts about romantic partners
- Find yourself repeatedly drawn to unavailable or emotionally unavailable partners
- Feel unable to leave unhealthy relationships despite the negative consequences
- Have difficulty prioritizing your own needs in relationships
- Experience withdrawal-like symptoms when not in a relationship
