Nicole Moore, LMFT

Nicole Moore is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who works with families, couples, adults, and teens. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and specializes in neurodiverse adults and couples, and women from their 20s through midlife. She uses a holistic approach that includes traditional and alternative modalities, practical life and social skills, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. She strives to make a genuine connection with each individual to help inform her approach.

Frankie Blue Sposato, MSW

Frankie Blue Sposato is a therapist who works with teens, families, couples, and adults. With a unique blend of music and art therapy, mindfulness, and a rich background as a music composer, producer, business owner, educator, and nonprofit founder, he creates an easy-going environment that resonates with people of all cultures and ages.

Grounded in the principles of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy, his practice is driven by inspiration, joy, and authenticity.
Frankie believes that you are the expert on your life's journey, and his role is to partner with you in charting a path to healing within a safe, comfortable space.
